We do not sell personal information. If that changes, this policy must be updated before the practice begins.
Photos, safety checks, and moderation
ScopeMatch may review uploaded photos and media using automated checks, manual review, or third-party services to help detect unsafe, non-work-related, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content. Photo checks improve safety, but they are not perfect. Users remain responsible for the content they upload.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to operate ScopeMatch, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We aim to collect only what is useful for the service, protect it with reasonable safeguards, and remove it when it is no longer needed.
